Big king cobrabs make a big scene in social media. Many
are wondering, the snake is genuine or not?

Sudarmawan account on Facebook. There are about six snake photos he posts. The
photo shows how big the cobra is.
"King cobra from Borneo," wrote Made on
Thursday (22/3/2018).
To date, Made's post has received 11,000 responses and
more than 3,000 comments. Which is still a debate in the post's comments,
whether the snake is genuine or fake?
Tried to request a confirmation to Made about it, but no response yet.
Meanwhile, when the photos were shown to the Head of the
Laboratory of Herpitology Research Center for Biology Indonesia, LIPI, Amir Hamidy, he
explained the original king cobra snake.
"The snake is a king cobra, or we know it by the
Latin name Ophiophagus hannah, which is the longest type of snake in the world,
it can reach 5-6 meters in length," said Amir.
"From the last two photographs the photo-taking
angle has resulted in greater visibility, the king cobra's behavior can be
learned, when he will attack and so on."
